Schmalz is the market leader in vacuum automation and ergonomic handling systems. What started in 1910 with a small workplace in the south of Germany has now developed into an internationally operating company in vacuum technology.

Our products are used in the wood, metal, glass, automotive industry, logistics, electronics sector as well as prefabricated and furniture production.

Our vacuum lifters ensure ergonomic loading and unloading of CNC machines, for example. In addition, they make all processes in which workpieces or goods have to be moved and lifted safe and efficient and also provide economic added value. Where many helping hands are normally needed, the tube lifters make handling by a single operator possible. All lifters and rail tracks are AGR certified.

We supply an extensive range of vacuum clamping technology for the processing of wood, metal, glass and plastic. This even makes five-sided processing possible.

Both components such as suction cups and vacuum generators as well as ready-to-connect gripping systems are used in various industry segments for loading and unloading machines, (de)palletizing and picking and packaging goods.

Our cobot and robot solutions are used for loading and unloading machines, order picking, (de)palletizing and bin picking. The program consists of standardized and configurable end of arm tools, gripper sets, vision & handling sets and electric and pneumatic vacuum generators.
